What If The Body Isn't The Problem... It's The Messenger

Imagine this…
You have a pain in your chest.
Not one that shows up in your everyday life—but a very specific point that, when even slight pressure is applied, unleashes a lion-like roar of pain.
You’ve done the responsible thing.
You’ve been to the doctors.
You’ve had it checked out.
They’ve ruled out all major health concerns.
And yet… it’s still there.
Lingering.
Persistent.
Like a signal pointing to something unresolved.
Now what?
When I met this healthy, fit young man for our InteriorWerx session, I suggested we meet outside, in front of Chicago’s Lincoln Park Conservatory.
I wasn’t yet sure what energies or emotional currents I would encounter.
I wanted space.
Grounding.
Room for whatever needed to surface—and be released.
I asked him not to tell me where the pain was.
I prefer to locate it in real time.
I closed my eyes… connected to his body… felt into the signal…
…and placed my index finger directly on the exact point on his rib cage.
A loud, undeniable yell followed.
We had found it.
The body’s pain is the answer.
As I held my finger on that point, an image appeared—clear, vivid, and completely unfamiliar to me.
A scene from another time and place.
Two young men… jousting.
One rode a black horse, with bright hair of yellow and orange.
The other rode a white horse, with shiny black hair.
Strange. Symbolic. Precise.
As I stayed connected to the pulse of the pain, the scene intensified.
These two men—brothers—charged toward one another with large, sharp poles aimed directly at each other’s bodies.
The man on the black horse struck first.
His pole pierced the chest—just beneath the armor—of the man with the shiny black hair.
Instant death.
The outcome determined.
The family now had its new head.
An ancient ritual—medieval in nature—used to establish power and leadership once young men came of age.
But what did this have to do with the pain in this modern man’s ribcage?
Why this image?
Why now?
Then it landed.
The man I was working with… had shiny black hair.
The information—and solution—that came through this connection was simple, yet exact.
After the session, he was instructed to drink water infused with a large piece of Himalayan rock salt to complete the release.
No overthinking.
No questioning.
Just follow the guidance.
That very evening, he went to his bartending job.
And something remarkable happened.
One of his customers—completely unprompted—handed him a gift:
Three large pieces of rock salt.
Exactly what he needed.
He made the mixture.
He drank the tincture.
The next morning, as he stepped outside his home, something stopped him cold.
There, on the front lawn…

Was a dead bird.
With yellow and red on its head.
The same colors as the man on the black horse from the vision.
The one who delivered the fatal blow.
He reached out to me immediately.
“What do I do with it?”
I directed him to reverently bury the bird—with honor and respect.
Not as something random.
But as something meaningful.
Symbolic.
Part of the completion.
He followed through.
The cycle had been reconciled.
Closed.
Completed.
Released.
And most importantly—for this modern-day man…
The pain in his chest was gone.
What if your body isn’t the problem… it’s the messenger?
At InteriorWerx, we don’t chase symptoms.
We listen to them.
Because sometimes, what feels physical…
Is actually energetic.
Emotional. Spiritual.
Unresolved at a deeper level.
And when you address it at the root—
The body no longer needs to speak through pain.
If something in your life or body keeps showing up…
It may not be random.
It may be ready to be resolved.
I am here to help you explore and resolve the energetic symptoms in your life.
